Conducted iterative testing with 18 clinicians, implementing design changes after each session to transform an untested proof of concept into a clinically validated product ready for hospital deployment.
System Usability Scale (SUS)
Established the first usability measurement infrastructure for ScienceDirect by implementing the System Usability Scale (SUS), achieving 94 responses from a global research community and establishing a baseline score of 69.3. Collaborated with internal stakeholders to create a cost-effective, repeatable methodology that provided quantifiable metrics to guide product decisions and justify UX investment.
Mapping A System
Conducted stakeholder research across various teams to document undocumented payment coordination workflows for a critical database migration from legacy to a more modern platform. Created comprehensive process maps and requirements analysis that translated complex policy workflows into technical specifications, reducing development time and enabling successful migration without disrupting nationwide payment systems.
